Expogreens · The foliage exporters running on a system built for their process
Expogreens exports Colombian foliage (eucalyptus, leatherleaf, ruscus, aralia) and their operation did not fit a template: they needed software built around them. We did what we always do: sat down with them, understood where time and money were leaking, presented a working prototype and turned it into their export management system. Today sales, purchasing, inventory by variety and stem length, returns and reports run in one place, in production.
First the problem, then the prototype
Before writing a single definitive line, we understood their operation and showed them a free working prototype: proof the software solved THEIR problem.
Sales in stems, combos and consignees
Each sale is built in 5 steps (client and combos, items, packing, box review, pricing) with dispatch date and time, optional consignee and detail per variety, length and stems.
Purchasing that calculates itself
The purchasing module crosses demand from confirmed sales against inventory and shows how many stems are left to buy today, this week and next, sale by sale.
Inventory by variety and stem length
Stock is viewed the way they work it: by variety, by length and by state (unprocessed / processed), with returns traced on a timeline to their final destination.
